What will you do?

As an Applications Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team with technical insights and customer-focused solutions. You’ll:

• Analyze technical RFQs and customer specifications in close cooperation with other department;
• Create smart, cost-effective technical solutions that meet project requirements;
• Prepare detailed cost calculations and technical proposals;
• Provide technical support from pre-sales strategy through customer implementation;
• Contribute to risk assessments and project execution overviews;
• Drive the technical handover process from sales to project management;
• Collaborate closely with clients, distributors, and internal teams to drive success.

What do we need from you?

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field;
• 0–5 years of experience in a technical or commercial engineering role; prior experience in the Engineering design, and/or commercial industrial manufacturing industry is helpful.
• A proactive, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities;
• Good communication and intercultural skills;
• Strong English skills (both spoken and written). Dutch is a plus;
• Flexibility and readiness to travel (5-10%);
• A collaborative team player with a strong sense of urgency and initiative.
• You know your way in MS Excel (incl. basic VBA programming), Word and Powerpoint.
